Khushboo Satia

Khushboo is the Finance and Operations Lead for GDI South Asia and is based in Mumbai, India.

Prior to joining GDI, Khushboo led the finance team for 8+ years for a non-profit organisation specializing in child safety. In this role, she worked to strengthen financial systems, ensure compliance, and support informed decision-making across the organisation. She also played a key role in promoting transparency and accountability to help advance the organisation’s social impact goals.

A Chartered Accountant by qualification, Khushboo enjoys using her financial expertise to solve problems while keeping people at the centre of her work. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and believes that a warm cup of hot chocolate can make any day a little better.
