Jessica Frank

Senior Associate, Operations and Human Resources – GDI Americas

Jessica Frank is a Senior Associate for Operations and Human Resources. She has over a decade of experience in the non-profit sector, managing international development and exchange programs for USG-funded donors such as the U.S. Department of State and the National Science Foundation. Jessica was previously the Program Director at the San Diego Diplomacy Council, overseeing the organization’s public diplomacy and educational programs and building strong relationships with community, national and international partners and donors. Prior to that, Jessica spent eight years at CRDF Global managing subawards and subcontracts to recipients in Eurasia and the Middle East to advance international scientific collaboration and nonproliferation.

Jessica holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Cal Poly State University and a Master’s Degree in International Relations and Comparative Politics from San Diego State University. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family, hiking with her dogs, and reading too much news.
