Janani Krishnan

Janani Krishnan is the Human Resources Lead for GDI South Asia. She is an experienced People Practices and Sustainability practitioner, and over the course of the last 8+ years her work has been focused in the development sector supporting organisations with implementing equitable people practices and specializes in safety, inclusion and gender equity consulting (aligned to SDGs 5,8 and 10). Prior to that, in the first decade of her career she worked in management consulting and the financial services industries on large scale change management projects focused on organisational design and leadership/manager development. She holds a Masters in Global Development Practice from Harvard Extension School.

Janani is based out of Goa and enjoys yoga and running, spending time with animals, and is a sustainable textile enthusiast.
