Tabiya creates open-source software, models, and standards that help governments and nonprofits tackle the global youth employment challenge. Beyond development, we foster research, collaboration, and coordination among partners that create learning and career pathways for young people. Our vision is to unlock human capital and empower people in informal and formal labor markets.
GDI’s role
GDI is providing strategy and operations support to the Tabiya team as they transition from a research group into a standalone non-profit organization – helping them optimize their pathway to impact and build up the communities that will benefit from and contribute to Tabiya’s digital public goods.
