Danielle Maxwell

Danielle is the Senior Manager of Human Resources at GDI Americas. She has spent her professional career working at nonprofits in various roles, including human resources, administrative operations, event planning, fundraising, donor relations, and finance management.

Before joining GDI, Danielle was Director of Talent and Administration at Independent Sector and Deputy Director of Human Resources and Operations at New America. Danielle has a BA in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia, an MPA with a concentration in Nonprofit Management from American University, and is a senior certified human resource professional (SHRM-SCP) through the Society of Human Resources Management. In her free time, Danielle is either playing tennis or watching Premier League football.
