Housed at the University of Oxford and Georgetown University, EPN brings together a small group of independent, globally respected growth specialists who deploy when political windows open and disengage when commitment falters. With more than 20 countries having requested support, EPN works across macroeconomic policy, trade, investment climate, tax reform, and institutional design—always grounding technical analysis in a rigorous understanding of the political economy. EPN’s complete financial independence from partner governments eliminates aid-seeking dynamics and enables the kind of frank, trust-based relationships that effective reform requires.
