Collaborative for Frontier Finance (CFF)
The Collaborative for Frontier Finance (CFF) is a group of investors, funders, and fieldbuilders committed to increasing appropriate capital available for small and growing businesses. The Collaborative will mobilize additional capital for these businesses by designing new approaches and accelerating promising, scalable models that address SGB financing needs; defining a common vision and action agenda to close the $940B financing gap; and connecting, pooling, and facilitating capital to support SGBs and the intermediaries that support their growth.
GDI’s role
GDI incubated the Collaborative for Frontier Finance in close collaboration with founding partners the Dutch Good Growth Fund, Omidyar Network, and the World Bank. GDI led CFF’s design and implementation, including providing strategic, operational, and communications support.
